How do I place an order?

  1. Browse products and add items to your cart
  2. Click on "Cart" to review your items
  3. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
  4. Enter your shipping address
  5. Select payment method and complete payment
  6. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking (All major banks)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Digital Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select PIN codes

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available for orders up to ₹25,000. Check COD availability by entering your PIN code on the product page.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment may be declined due to:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect card details
  • Bank security restrictions
  • Network issues

Please try again or use a different payment method. Contact your bank if the issue persists.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement
  • Cancellation is free before shipping
  • Once shipped, you’ll need to return the product

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro cities: 2-4 business days
  • Other cities: 4-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹49 shipping fee.

How do I track my order?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Click on the order to see tracking details
  4. You’ll also receive tracking updates via email and SMS

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Enter your PIN code to check availability.

What if I’m not available at delivery time?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you’re unavailable, the package may be returned. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.

What is your return policy?

  • 7-day returns for most products
  • 15-day returns for electronics
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Some products are non-returnable (see product page)

How do I return a product?

  1. Go to "My Orders" in your account
  2. Select the order and click "Return"
  3. Choose the return reason
  4. Schedule pickup or self-ship
  5. Refund processed after quality check

When will I receive my refund?

  • UPI/Wallet: 1-2 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • COD orders: 5-7 business days (bank transfer)

What items cannot be returned?

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Personal care products (opened)
  • Customized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Products without original packaging

How do I create an account?

Click "My Account" on the top right, then "Register". Enter your email, create a password, and you’re done!

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email to receive a password reset link.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. We never share your information with unauthorized third parties.

How do I update my account details?

Log in to your account, go to "Account Settings" to update your personal information, address, or password.

Are all products genuine?

Yes! We only sell 100% genuine products from authorized brands and distributors. Every product comes with manufacturer warranty where applicable.

How do I check product availability?

Enter your PIN code on the product page to check availability and estimated delivery time.

Can I get product recommendations?

Yes! Contact our customer support or use the "Similar Products" section on product pages for recommendations.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free pickup and replacement/refund.

After receiving your order, go to "My Orders", select the product, and click "Write a Review".

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is available for select products during checkout. Look for the "Gift Wrap" option.

Can I buy in bulk for my business?
